harde reset SONY XPERIA E1 & E1 DUAL (D2004 D2005 D2104 D2105 D2114) with Software Sony Companion

Warning! Do this at your own risk! All your phone data (contacts,photos,videos,music,messages,a­­plications,games,files,) will be lost! Please make backup first if you can!

1.Open Sony Pc Companion
2.Click on "Phone /Tablet Software Update"
3.Click on "Repair my phone/tablet"
4.Select Sony Xperia E1
5.Power off your phone
6.Connect microUSB cable to your computer
7.Press volume down and connect your phone to microUSB cable when software ask
8.Wait until update is complete
9.Disconnect your phone from cable and power on
10.Wait until phone restarts
